Placements24 is seeking an experienced Clinical Data Manager for a fully remote role focused on data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will design databases, develop data management plans, and oversee data collection and cleaning across global sites.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in clinical data management, strong EDC proficiency (Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm), and excellent organizational and communication skills for remote collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of clinical data management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proficiency with EDC systems and data management software.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical trial processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, build, and validation of clinical databases using EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm).
• Develop and maintain Data Management Plans (DMPs) and SOPs for clinical data management.
• Manage data cleaning activities, including query generation, resolution, and trend analysis.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and programming teams to ensure timely database lock.
• Provide training and guidance to data management team members and site personnel on data management processes.
