The platform handles payments and lets you invoice for sessions, with payments up to twice per week. As a PE Civil Structural tutor, you’ll work remotely, match with students suited to your teaching style, and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance sessions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of PE Civil Structural content including structural analysis, steel and concrete design, and relevant design codes.
• Ability to explain load combinations, member design, and connections for civil engineers.
• Familiar with adapting instruction to PE Civil Structural depth topics and practice exams.
• Excellent communication and engaging teaching style.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions to PE Civil Structural topics.
• Teach via the Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform with real-time support.
• Match with students whose learning style fits the tutor’s approach.
• Help students prepare for the PE Civil Structural examination with practice problems.
