Job summary

Pathlion is seeking an Application Analyst - Intermediate (Remote) to support the GoA Enterprise Database Archival Service on the Cloudera Data Platform. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize the CDP environment, collaborate with IT and business teams, and develop documentation and dashboards.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, strong communication, and customer-focused service delivery across data platforms and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with CDP Public Cloud and data services architecture.
• Experience providing technical support and customer service for data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and configuration tasks for the CDP Public Cloud environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide end-user support for CDP and infrastructure issues via ticketing systems.
• Assist with access provisioning, incidents, and change management (Service Now).
• Migrate and patch components across Cloudera Data Lake, Data Hub, Data Warehouse.
• Configure and audit CDP User access and data management across endpoints.
• Create CDP DataViz dashboards and reporting from multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with BI teams to deliver analytics and insights.
