Zusammenfassung

Talan is seeking a Customer Evolution Manager for SAP AMS to own client relationships and service health across RUN and Evolution workstreams. You will drive continuous value, monitor SLAs/SLOs, and govern budgets, risks, and invoicing while guiding a team of consultants on a portfolio of SAP engagements.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools, support renewals, and help mature accounts toward steady-state improvement, with Canada-based remote work and occasional travel across North America.

Qualifikationen

• At least seven years of ERP/SAP delivery experience and SAP AMS background.
• Experience owning client relationships at operational and management levels.
• Strong ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management knowledge.
• Ability to manage delivery budgets, margins, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree; IT-related degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the customer relationship and governance across RUN and Evolution work streams.
• Drive continuous value by planning, monitoring, and improving delivery with SLAs/SLOs.
• Oversee prevention, incident response, and post-incident reviews for SAP initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge base, risk, and engagement metrics; support renewals with Sales.
• Coach consultants, manage workload, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
