Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Part-Time / On-Call Workforce Driver in Canada to safely transport employees to and from remote camps and designated work locations. The role requires a valid Class 4 license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate company vehicles in all weather conditions.

Overnight stays at remote camps may be required, with on-call availability for operational errands and camp support. Wages start at CAD 250 per day and payments are made daily.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 4 license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive safely in all weather and road conditions.
• Willingness to stay at remote camps and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from remote camps and designated locations.
• Complete scheduled runs between communities, airports, staging areas and camps.
• Ensure passengers use seatbelts before movement and maintain a safe environment.
• Follow travel schedules and routes with safety as priority.
• Report delays, road closures, unsafe conditions, incidents or changes to management.
• Transport employees for drug/alcohol testing and move supplies as needed.
• Complete deliveries between camps, offices, suppliers and other sites.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report mechanical problems.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during transport.
