Position Overview

JP ENTERPRISES is seeking Camp Managers on a rotational basis for upcoming summer season projects across northern Saskatchewan, in some of the most remote locations. Resourcefulness is key to success in this role. Candidates should be team-oriented, motivated, with an eye for detail, accuracy, and excellent prioritization skills.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, in-camp. The camp location is subject to change. The typical rotation is 3 weeks in, 3 weeks out, with possible adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Remote work management
• Facilities maintenance, mechanical operations including generators, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Support the Project Geologist with additional duties as needed
• Provide hands-on support as a team player

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• At least 2 years of experience as a labourer in remote settings
• PAL license (for wildlife monitoring) - preferred
• Valid Driver's License - preferred
• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in remote camp settings
• Experience with diesel generators, off-road vehicles, and chainsaws
• Trades experience is an asset
• Handy and adaptable skills
