Job summary

AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote, coaching-based sales role. You’ll work with warm leads, discuss financial-protection options, and get trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

This is a remote career with upside, and you'll take requested conversations with no cold lists, explaining benefits clearly and guiding clients to enrollment when appropriate. Interviews are conducted on Zoom.
