100% Remote- Benefit Agent _____________________________________________________________________________________ As Benefit Agent , you will play a crucial role in managing and communicating employee benefits within an organization.

Responsibilities Administering Benefits Programs : Oversee employee benefits such as retirement plans, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and wellness programs.

Employee Support : Assist employees with benefits enrollment, explain policies, and address inquiries or issues related to their benefits.

Communication : Conduct benefits orientations, training sessions, and meetings to ensure employees understand their options and the enrollment process.

Compliance : Ensure all benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Vendor Coordination : Collaborate with insurance providers, brokers, and other vendors to resolve benefits-related issues.

Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate employee benefits records and ensure timely updates in the payroll system.

Surveys and Feedback : Conduct benefits-related surveys to gather employee feedback and improve offerings.

Wellness Initiatives : Organize and promote company wellness programs and events.

Requirements Education : A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is often preferred.

Experience : experience in benefits administration.

Skills : Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge : Familiarity with HR software and a deep understanding of employee benefits programs.
