Job description

S.i. Systems, a privately owned Canadian company specializing in sales, distribution, shipping, and manufacturing, is seeking a Vice President of Technology to define enterprise architecture, lead ERP replacement, and align technology initiatives with the company's growth objectives.

Compensation: Targeting $, - $, / annum

This position is mostly remote, with the client's office based in Burnaby, and occasional onsite visits. The preferred candidate location is in BC or Toronto, where the company's offices are also located.

Critical Competencies Required:

  • Business Acumen
  • Change Management: Ability to navigate a "sales-first" culture
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with strong personalities
  • Strategic Planning: Balancing immediate fixes with long-term vision

  • Successful integration of CRM and ERP systems
  • Experience managing technology in rental/inventory-based businesses (preferred)
  • Led teams through digital transformation
