BTS Custom Digital Learning in Toronto seeks an Art Director to shape self-paced digital experiences, guiding visuals from concept to delivery. You’ll collaborate with learning experience designers and animators to ensure the creative vision stays on brief.

This contract role offers 15–25 hours per week, with remote work for candidates in Ontario or BC. Strong Illustrator and UI/UX fundamentals, client-facing experience, and storyboard leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as an Art Director or similar role.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Proficiency with AI tools in design workflows.
• Strong craft using the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.
• Ability to turn learning concepts into clear visuals.

Responsabilités

• Shape visuals and layouts for self-paced digital learning.
• Lead and delegate to learning experience designers and animators.
• Storyboard and produce video content to support learning experiences.
• Present work to clients and guide them toward solutions.
• Maintain creative direction across projects.
