Job summary

Sabre BTS is seeking an Art Director for a contract role, 15–25 hours per week, with the option to work fully remote within Canada. You will shape self-paced digital learning visuals, lead a team of designers and animators, and present concepts to clients while aligning with the learning objectives.

You will leverage Adobe Creative Suite and UI/UX principles to turn complex ideas into engaging visuals and storyboards, ensuring a cohesive creative direction across projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as an Art Director or similar role.
• At least 1 year client-facing experience.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator; solid UI/UX foundations.
• Design learning visuals and turn complex concepts into clear visuals.
• Storyboard and produce video content.
• Lead creative collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design polished, user-centered e-learning visuals and layouts grounded in UI/UX.
• Create visual storyboards and video/storyboard content to support learning.
• Oversee collaborators to keep the creative vision consistent.
• Present work to clients and guide them to effective solutions.
