What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively manage technology solutions for clients, ensuring successful implementation and issue resolution
- Provide business analysis and documentation to understand client needs and facilitate project success
- Lead user acceptance testing and change management processes to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Create user documentation and handover materials for support staff
- Support project managers in managing contracts and project progress updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of utility customer (meter to cash) life cycle
- Familiarity with utility Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality
- Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience collaborating with both business and IT groups
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within North America

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in providing software implementation within the utility sector
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to client engagement
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or Management Information Systems
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in system configuration
