Align is seeking highly motivated junior and experienced technology lawyers to join our roster. The candidate must have:

  • Experience drafting and negotiating technology-related contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, and cloud computing;
  • Experience with internet, social media, and e-commerce issues;
  • A solid understanding of general product, business development, and policy related to online consumer-facing platforms; and
  • High level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment with strong academic and law firm credentials. In-house experience is considered an asset.
