Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking AI Security Analysts to work with leading AI research teams, probing frontier models for vulnerabilities and analyzing adversarial behavior to keep AI systems safe, reliable, and resistant to misuse.

This is a fully remote hourly contract role designed for security professionals with curiosity about how AI systems are built, deployed, and exploited. Expect flexible 10–40 hours per week with freelance autonomy and potential ongoing project work.

Qualifications

• Solid background in cybersecurity (offensive, defensive, or research-focused).
• Genuine curiosity about how AI systems are built, trained, and deployed in real-world environments.
• Strong understanding of modern threat modeling and how it applies to emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AI and LLM security scenarios to understand model behavior under adversarial conditions.
• Review and evaluate cases involving prompt injection, data leakage, model abuse, and system misuse.
• Classify security issues and recommend mitigations based on impact and likelihood.
• Assess AI system behavior against security best practices and identify gaps.
• Work on realistic, hands-on scenarios reflecting the threat landscape of modern AI deployments.
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your schedule.
