Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from home. You will engage in live AI conversations, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and compensation up to $15 per hour USD.

Paid weekly, with rates depending on expertise and project requirements. We welcome applicants from multiple countries and provide access to leading language models and tools to support your evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and strong written communication.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable explaining decisions in writing and thinking on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate outputs.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs to spot distortions, flickering, or out-of-sync audio/video.
• Provide written explanations detailing what was wrong and why.
