Outlier is hiring for a flexible, remote role that involves evaluating AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and provide written explanations of what’s off, all from home on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and capable of clear, concise written communication. A bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have, and you’ll be applying judgment to assess realism and prompt adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
