Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos to see which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, you help shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve through our evaluation loop, turning frontier research into practical improvements.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail with ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, or misalignment and describe findings in writing.
