Job summary

Outlier is an AI training platform owned by Scale AI. We seek detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your schedule.

Responsibilities include live conversations with AI voice models, ranking naturalness, comparing AI-generated media, and producing concise, evidence-based explanations in English. This is freelance project work with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in content.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for artifacts, timing, and text/audio mismatches.
• Provide written explanations detailing what looked or sounded off.
