Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations, compare images and videos, and write evidence-based explanations from home on your own schedule.

Rewards include weekly payments and performance incentives. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible hours, open to residents in multiple countries including Canada and the US.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flickering, or mismatches, and describe issues in writing.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and provide concise explanations.
