Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will score exchanges, judge which prompts were followed, spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mis-matches, and write precise explanations to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay/review content closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when multiple options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate their naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write specific, English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard and how to improve.
