Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape AI systems by evaluating outputs, with pay up to $15 USD/hr, weekly payments, and additional incentives. This is a freelance opportunity inviting applicants from multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flickering, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues and rationale.
