Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Role involves comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence, obvious artifacts, and realism. Works with flexible hours in a remote setting, with access to leading LLMs and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient and able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely — zooming in and replaying to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
• Communicating findings in writing to describe what was observed and why certain outputs were preferred.
