Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, helping improve AI performance through your evaluations.

Compensation is up to $15 USD per hour, with rates varying by expertise and project requirements. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with weekly payments and global remote eligibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear, written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain findings concisely.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment; write explanations in English.
