Contributors collaborate on training LLMs to function as proactive multi-step agents, working with data parsing, logic processing, and reporting components in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience building multi-stage coordination tasks and integrating with live tools.
