Responsibilities include writing evaluation rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents, while leveraging live tools and APIs to improve agent coordination and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build/maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback.
