Qualifications

2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
Experience building production-grade software with modular architecture and clear service boundaries.
Experience delivering in live, non-mocked environments with multi-turn system interactions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex systems.
Nice to have: experience with multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations (e.g., Supabase, Gmail, various APIs).
