Zusammenfassung

Timac Agro Canada is seeking an Agronomic Technical Consultant to work with growers and ag retailers across a flexible territory. You will educate on our technologies, travel daily within your territory, and support customers with agronomic advice and on-farm demonstrations.

The role is remote-based with occasional field travel, offering a fixed salary plus uncapped commission and benefits. You will collaborate with management and the sales team to grow revenue responsibly.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver7s license.
• At least 3 years experience in agriculture (farming and/or agronomy).
• B2B sales and/or consulting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and CRM software.

Aufgaben

• Travel daily within the assigned territory to meet prospects and current customers, generating leads and building relationships.
• Educate growers and retailers on Timac Agrorom product portfolio and agronomic solutions.
• Initiate field demonstrations and coordinate seasonal crop tours with growers.
• Represent Timac Agro at events and support campaigns to distributors and key accounts.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to grow revenue targets as directed by management.
• Accurately record visit and call details and pre-orders in the CRM daily.
