MANNARINO Systems & Software Inc. is seeking an Aerospace / Aviation Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, verification, and certification of safety-critical aircraft systems. Roles range across requirements, architecture, integration, and testing, with remote work options and occasional travel in North America.

Montreal-area hybrid work is available. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in aerospace systems engineering and familiarity with ARP/DO-standards,

Qualifications

• B.S. in aerospace or related discipline with relevant aerospace experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aerospace or aviation systems engineering.
• Experience with ARP4754A/B, ARP4761/ARP4761A, DO-178C, DO-254, DO-160, DO-297, or equivalent processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and manage system, subsystem, interface, derived, and safety-related requirements.
• Support system architecture definition, functional allocation, and interface control.
• Contribute to validation and verification strategies, including test planning and procedure development.
• Support integration and test activities in lab, simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, ground, and flight test environments.
• Maintain traceability between stakeholder needs, requirements, architecture, interfaces, and compliance artifacts.
