You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product, Data, Privacy, Policy, Revenue, and Firefox engineering, and help the team deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced, distributed environment with a strong dedication to Mozilla’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including people management.
• Experience delivering production software in distributed environments.
• Strong prioritization and delivery focus.
• Familiarity with privacy-conscious advertising systems.
