Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies
  • Leverage data from Salesforce and other corporate systems to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem
  • Prepare meeting materials and support customer engagements both onsite and virtually
  • Serve as a key support function for regional and corporate conferences, coordinating customer engagement schedules
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the utility billing sector
  • Strong understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
  • Demonstrated success in expanding footprint within existing accounts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to explore its applications in sales automation and process improvement
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners to develop joint proposals
