Introduction

We are seeking a Relining Services Coordinator to join our relining services team. You will be responsible for quoting, planning and performing reline projects of varying size and complexity.

In this position, you will report to Professional Services.

This position can be in several locations within Canada: Burlington, Montreal, Sudbury. However, it involves up to 30% of travel to customer sites.

You will join a team of relines specialists focused on delivering high-quality relining services for mining operations. Our team emphasizes safety, efficiency, and precision in mill maintenance and aims to optimize shutdowns while minimizing downtime for our clients.

The members of our team are located in various regions, working across multiple sites to support our customers globally.

What you’ll do:
  1. Project Management: Oversee project initiation, carrying out, reporting, and completion, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
  2. SAP Skills: Create and maintain project and sales orders in SAP, keeping everything organized and up to date.
  3. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Relining Services Manager, Supervisor, and Technical Support team to plan and implement efficient reline projects.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals for relining services.
  5. Process Optimization: Maintain document control, database management, and track project activities to ensure smooth team communication.
  6. Logistics Coordination: Plan, arrange, and monitor all shipping logistics, ensuring seamless fulfillment.
  7. Reporting & Financial Oversight: Process daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track job completion, invoicing accuracy, and project costs.
  8. Procurement Management: Act as a key user for issuing purchase orders for project materials.
  9. Travel & Training Support: Facilitate travel logistics (flights and accommodations) and coordinate training logistics, including HSE requirements.
  10. Shutdown Report Management: Assist the relining team in creating and reviewing shutdown reports for process improvements.
  11. Customer Invoicing: Handle periodic and final billing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Who You Are:
  • An extensive background in project coordination within technical or service-based industries.
  • Proficiency in SAP and experience managing project workflows in ERP systems.
  • Proficient organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a busy environment.
  • Effective communication skills to satisfactorily coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial analysis related to project costs and margins. The ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is beneficial, adding value in our global setting.
