Relief Pharmacist - Full Time with Vehicle

Join Loblaw Companies Limited as a Relief Pharmacist - Full Time with Vehicle.

This role involves providing pharmacy services across Southwestern Ontario, with all necessary tools and support, including a fleet vehicle if qualified. Please include proof of OCP licensure with your application.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely
  • Counsel patients regarding medications in a friendly, positive manner
  • Administer vaccinations and perform other activities within the Pharmacist Scope of Practice
  • Provide professional services such as medication reviews and minor ailment prescribing
  • Resolve patient and prescriber issues promptly and positively
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license
  • Driver’s License and Injection Certification
  • Minor Ailment Certification, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of HealthWatch
