Job Type: Relief

Wage Rate: $18.11 per hour for hours worked as a Housekeeper and $19.11 for hours worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs cleaning and sanitation activities for public and employee areas
  • Cleans building floors, furniture, fixtures and any equipment
  • Services, cleans, and provides supplies to restrooms
  • Practices safe work procedures and health and safety policies ensuring a safe and hazard free environment
  • Reports any maintenance or safety issues

What You Bring
  • A secondary school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education
  • Experience in the related field of one (1) or more years
  • Proven high level of Customer Service
  • Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • The ability to work evenings, weekends and shift work
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and move house cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Good physical fitness to maintain a constant pace of manual work
  • General knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Previous supervisory experience including scheduling, training, development, performance appraisals and administering disciplinary actions is preferred
  • Superior people management skills, customer service, conflict resolution skills and dedication to customer satisfaction is preferred
