Job summary

Qualifications

Strong technical troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics.
Hands-on capability with inspection, measurement, testing, or debugging equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform final inspection against drawings, specifications, workmanship standards, and customer requirements.
Verify configuration, documentation, test records, and product readiness for release.
Identify and document nonconforming product and support NCR processing.
Execute reliability tests and analyze and report results.
Develop or improve automated reliability test systems, including hardware and software.
Investigate test failures, manufacturing issues, field returns, and inspection escapes.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
Analyze field, warranty, and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Use drawings, schematics, measurement tools, and test equipment for technical investigations.
Maintain clear, accurate quality and reliability documentation.
