Position Summary
Thales Canada Defence & Security (TCDS) is looking for a Reliability Manager. The Reliability Manager is responsible for Reliability analysis across the organization and is also the Resource Manager for the Reliability Team.
As a Reliability Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the creation and development of Reliability, Availability and Maintainability assessments. This role ensures that all reliability, availability, and maintenance requirements for systems or platforms are achieved in design and monitored during in-service support. Analysis techniques will consider Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs), Failure Prediction Analysis, Weibull Analysis, Equipment Health Monitoring (EHM), and Obsolescence Analysis. The manager leads a team of analysts and engineers and collaborates with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure consistency.
The Reliability Manager reports to the TCDS ILS Manager (Head of Discipline).

Special Position Requirements
The anticipated Total Target Compensation (TTC), inclusive of annual salary and bonus eligibility, for this role is 101,038.15 - 176,126.92 CAD Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, provincial, and federal laws.
