Job summary

Stellar Recruitment Inc. seeks an Engineer (Reliability & Maintainability) to support large manufacturing projects in North Vancouver, BC. You will perform analyses to improve product lifecycle reliability and cost-effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining data, preparing technical reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders. This is an early-career role with growth opportunities and a 6-month contract with a strong extension

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Interest or experience in shipbuilding, defense, aviation, rail, or automotive.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage data, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses to improve product performance.
• Assist in evaluating designs by identifying failures and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with supply chain and suppliers to review technical data.
• Review and validate technical and supplier data for accuracy.
• Maintain engineering databases and analysis records.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
