GFT collaborates with partners across the company to deliver innovative IT solutions for clients in Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking, and Wealth Management. We also develop digital tools to enhance collaboration.

Job Summary & Description
We are seeking a Release Manager to define and implement release management strategies, policies, and procedures for HR IT SAP and Workday integrations. The role involves acting as the central contact for release activities, supporting automation and SRE tools, coordinating resources across technical teams, and ensuring compliance with change governance processes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Establishing best practice release management frameworks.
2. Managing release processes across development, testing, and production environments.
3. Collaborating with environment and technical teams to ensure successful releases.
4. Supporting release automation and SRE tool implementation.
5. Working with Change Management to ensure governance adherence and presenting releases at CAB.

What do you need to succeed?

• Technical knowledge of SAP and Workday.
• Expertise in ITIL, Change Management, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD.
• Experience with release automation tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, Ansible, ServiceNow.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Release Manager in multi-application environments.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-have: Project Management certification is desirable.
