How You’ll Spend Your Time
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with non‑healthcare clients, serving as a trusted advisor and first point of contact.
  • Understand clients’ needs and educate them on the value of RLDatix solutions to strategically align their needs with the RLD360 platform.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure clients’ expectations are met.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities in the non‑healthcare sector.
  • Monitor RFP postings, evaluate requirements, and develop pipeline and plans to pursue relevant opportunities.
  • Identify potential opportunities for cross‑sell and upsell to facilitate business growth within existing accounts.
  • Document and update customer accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
