Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager, you will maintain and grow advisory relationships with our highest value members. You will lead holistic relationship management practices, proactively outreach, manage pipelines, and coordinate with our specialists to meet members' financial needs.

This position requires working Tuesday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess members’ financial objectives, risk tolerance, and needs to provide tailored advice, creating comprehensive financial strategies.
  • Facilitate referrals, ensure smooth member transitions, and focus on retention and growth of high-value members across all lines of business.
  • Act promptly on product maturity, offering holistic advice to grow relationships and help members achieve their goals.
  • Execute complex lending, investment, protection, and banking needs based on holistic advice.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, advice, and transactions, complying with policies and regulations.
  • Understand registered products and develop strategies for liquidity and returns, including tax implications.
  • Support a positive member experience, providing backup support to other roles as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in financial services, with at least 1 year in advisory roles.
  • Experience with mortgage lending and mutual fund sales.
  • Mutual funds licensed.
  • Strong financial knowledge and client relationship skills.
  • Experience selling complex mortgages and developing holistic financial plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology.
