What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Relationship Manager II within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of a book of assigned accounts, focused on our Corporate Payment credit and debit products. The Relationship Manager is accountable for the maintenance, growth, and increased profitability of existing business, the cross-selling of new business, renewals, and the strategic direction of assigned accounts. You will report directly to the SVP and regularly collaborate with multiple teams including Account Management, Credit, and Sales.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all levels and key personnel within the client’s companies; ensure Corpay has senior management contacts
  2. Demonstrating, marketing, and technical expertise through: Client assessment of approach, resources, and contacts as needed to complete RFPs and ensure client satisfaction with Corpay products and services
  3. Coordinating and influencing superior customer service delivery by developing and maintaining strong intercompany relationships.
  4. Liaising with internal departments using superior communication skills to ensure the assigned client’s needs are satisfied by raising and resolving areas of concern and ensuring all are aware of changes within clients.
  5. Developing and monitoring client financial performance including renewal planning, negotiation, and profitability levels
  6. Leading Quarterly Business reviews, sharing industry information, and exploring new business opportunities during client site visits
  7. Providing feedback to management on market trends as represented by our clients
  8. Maintaining a high level of FinTech and payment processing knowledge as well as client’s industry
  9. Growing existing programs by understanding current procedures and identifying efficiencies
  10. Creating and maintaining a collaborative team of internal & external stakeholders to drive customer spend (Account Management, Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable, implementation, project management, and IT teams)
Qualifications & Skills
  • FinTech and payment processing experience directly dealing with clients.
  • Confident, self-motivated individual with 10+ client management or sales experience handling complex clients and maintaining positive relationships
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand various client businesses, technology, and financials
  • Strong data analytics experience with the ability to diagnose and strategize growth of existing portfolio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of establishing & maintaining relationships at C level
  • Team player with strong organization and multi-tasking skills, capable of defining, structuring, and prioritizing work while influencing internal stakeholders
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possesses strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
