As our Relationship Manager for Eastern Canada, you'll be the face of Supreme in predominately Quebec and Ontario. You’ll work directly with existing dealers to strengthen relationships, offer training and technical support, and actively seek new business opportunities. This position combines relationship-building, product expertise, and problem-solving all in a dynamic and growing industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
  • Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Present value-proposition to leads and current customers
  • Travel regularly throughout Quebec and Ontario to visit existing dealers and ensure brand engagement
  • Provide product training to showroom staff, technicians, and installers
  • Support dealers with technical issues and assist in resolving service-related calls
  • Identify and open new dealer accounts to grow our network
  • Represent the brand professionally with excellent interpersonal communication
  • Work from our Montreal office during non-travel days/weeks, with the option for a hybrid schedule after the probation period.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust
  • Technically inclined, with an interest in how things work
  • Self-motivated and energized by travel and autonomy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must enjoy working on the road and in an office environment
  • Experience in sales or customer service (experience in the hearth or construction industry is a plus)
