Reporting to the Director of Agriculture Business, the Agriculture Relationship Manager (RM) works with a team of ATB Business associates and partners and is responsible for increasing and retaining agriculture business based on annual growth targets, and increasing the profitability of a specified portfolio of ATB agriculture customers. The RM excels at proactively developing new opportunities while retaining and growing existing relationships.
At the heart of it, you are a relationship builder and connector who thrives on supporting the needs of our agriculture clients in the province, which shows through your passion for the agriculture industry. You aim to become a trusted advisor through consistent support and a genuine desire to understand where our clients are, where they came from and where they are going.
Don’t meet all the requirements on the list?
