Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Financial Advisor to build a client portfolio, deliver tailored financial advice, and provide top-tier service. You will act as the single point of contact for clients, helping plan for today’s needs and tomorrow’s goals while traveling between banking centres when required.

You will engage with clients, develop opportunities, and contribute to community presence, with flexible hours and a commitment to a strong client experience across the local Edmonton area.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary degree/diploma and/or 4 years of relevant experience.
• CIRO-ID licensing in good standing.
• AMF licensing (Quebec) with CIFC/CSC or RRC; CSI/ICB courses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Deliver on CIBC’s Imperial Service approach as a single point of contact for clients, helping plan for today’s needs and tomorrow’s goals.
• Flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
