Qualifications

The Position

Job Title: Relationship Banker I Floater

Job Description

We are seeking a Relationship Banker to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will establish and cultivate strong personal relationships, understand customer needs, and match them with First United Bank products and services. They will also mentor employees to do the same, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, opening and managing accounts, resolving issues, and participating in community and bank events. The candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude, responsible behavior, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Employee Specifications

• High School Diploma strongly preferred; some college is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year banking experience as Teller, Lending Assistant, or in New Accounts.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

All other duties as assigned, including work in other areas to cover absences or balance workload.
