Relationship Banker Herman Branch

Kensington Bank is seeking a qualified, customer-focused individual to join our Herman team. As a Relationship Banker, you will work directly with our customers providing first-rate service.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform the teller functions of the bank.
2. Primary contact for opening accounts, including checking, savings, certificates, fiduciary, and other deposit products.
3. Proactively grow and deepen customer relationships, actively providing solutions to enhance each customer's financial success.
4. Participate in bank campaigns and initiatives to continue growing the market.
5. Understand and adhere to bank operational procedures.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in the banking industry or related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Desire to build relationships, collaborate with coworkers, and enhance the lives of our customers.
4. Travel as business needs require.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience).
