Job summary

Suncor Energy Inc. is seeking a Relations Advisor to support Government of Alberta consultation activities for upstream operations. You will build partnerships with Indigenous communities, coordinate consultations, and ensure feedback is captured and addressed.

The role emphasizes respectful, culturally informed communication and cross-team collaboration. The position is office-based, with options to work from Calgary or Fort McMurray, and involves travel to communities in the Wood Buffalo

Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of relevant work experience including experience with formal consultation processes in Alberta.
  • Undergraduate degree in a Social Sciences field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Cultural agility and experience working with Indigenous communities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
