Job summary

LivLove Clinic seeks an independent contractor grief therapist to deliver depth-focused therapy and bereavement counselling. The clinician will honour the sacred nature of loss and work with clients to carry grief and life with presence and authenticity.

This role supports relational, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches within a collaborative team, offering ongoing professional development and a modern, supportive practice environment in Ontario.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related clinical field.
• Hold a qualifying or full licence in psychotherapy, social work, or psychology and be registered in good standing with regulatory bodies (CRPO, OCSWSSW, etc.).
• Extensive experience providing grief therapy and bereavement counselling services.
• Experience with trauma-informed, relational, and presence-based care principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide grief therapy and bereavement counselling to clients.
• Support clients through death of loved ones, relationship endings, and other losses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of licensed therapists.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation aligned with practice standards.
