Qualifications

• Prior reinsurance experience is an asset.
• Completion of Insurance Institute courses, including CIP, is an asset.

What it's like to be a Northbridge Reinsurance Analyst:

Our reinsurance strategy and administration capabilities are important contributors in our capital management and Corporate Governance processes. The Reinsurance Analyst, as part of the Corporate Underwriting group and working with the reinsurance buyer, is responsible for technical and administrative support of Northbridge's reinsurance governance structure. With a strong analytical background and mindset, the Reinsurance Analyst is responsible for preparing reports for senior management and also working closely with all departments to collect the data needed.

If you have:

We're committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, which reflects the expected base pay - not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
