Position Summary:

The Reign Activation Team is a national Consumer Engagement Marketing program for Monster Energy Company. The purpose of the program is to:

• Generate trial of Monster Energy Drink products by consumers
• Communicate the Monster brand message to consumers, partners, peers, and customers
• Assist with lead generation for the Sales Division
• Develop and strengthen key account relationships
• Build centers of influence network
• Support the marketing department with event setup, activation, and teardown
• Support sales efforts through event/customer sampling activation
• Support sales in trade through "Street Team" merchandising at retail accounts

Essential Job Functions:

Ambassadors will have several roles and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling
• Distribute POS materials to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty
• Care responsibly for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company
• Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedules
• Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform
• Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers
• Respond promptly to CEM Team Leader
• Inventory, clean, and organize warehouses/storage areas
• Assist with marketing event planning, setup, activation, and teardown
• Assist with sales in trade merchandising at retail accounts

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods
• May be required to travel as necessary
• Must be available to work at least one shift per week (no exceptions)
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required
• Must have a clean driving record (driver’s abstract required)
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the province of employment
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must be comfortable driving a lifted pickup truck in urban, suburban, and highway settings
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• This is a part-time position, up to 30 hours per week

Base Pay Rate: C$20.00/hr
