Job description

We have a relief full-time Rehabilitation Assistant opening supporting Short Stay clients at the Gateby Care Centre in Vernon, B.C. This temporary position is expected to end in November 2025. The position works Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.

About The Position

Under the clinical direction of a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist, the Rehabilitation Assistant functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of the client. The Rehabilitation Assistant carries out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assists the therapist in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression.
